All tires are shipped from our US warehouse to ensure fast order processing and delivery.
- How long does it take to process my order?
Under normal circumstances:
Order processing time: Processed on the same day.
(Orders paid for during business hours are usually shipped out on the same day.)
Processing time may be slightly delayed during holidays or inventory checks.
- How long does shipping take?
After order is shipped:
Standard shipping time: Approximately 2 days
Actual delivery time may vary depending on weather, region, or logistics company arrangements.
- Do you support returns?
Returns are supported.
Return Request Time: Within 30 days of receiving the goods
Returned goods must be:
Uninstalled
Unused
Do not affect resale
If a return is due to product quality issues, we will assist with after-sales service.
- How long does it take for the refund to arrive?
After receiving the returned goods and confirming they are in good condition:
Refund arrival time: Approximately 3 business days
